Donald Kimble "Kim" Ferguson; Age 77, of Coraopolis, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2024. Son of the late Mary Lee (Johnson) and Donald Ludin Ferguson. Beloved ex-husband of Brenda McCormick. Father of Bernadette Lang of Arlington Heights. Stepfather of Deanna Jenkins of Coraopolis.  Brother of Beverly (Jack) DiIanni of Oakdale, Brenda (Bob) Merek of Sewickley, Robert (Cindy) Ferguson of Neville Island and Dennis Ferguson of New Sewickley Twp. Step-grandfather of Marshall, Markus and Jada Jenkins and Logan Hunter. Donald was a 1964 graduate of the Neville High School, then honorably served in the US Navy Seabees during Vietnam from 1968 - 1969. After honorably serving his country, he worked for US Airways over 39 years as a Ramp Supervisor and Lead Agent. When he retired from US Airways, he spent time working with the Cornell School District Custodial Department. Donald was a member of the Neville Island Presbyterian Church, Neville Island Volunteer Fire Department, Coraopolis VFW Post 402, the Sewickley American Legion Post 4, and the Wounded Warrior Project since 2018. Visitation will be held at the R.D. Copeland Funeral Home, 867 Fifth Avenue, Coraopolis on Sunday from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 PM.  A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 11 AM. Interment will follow at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies with full military honors. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Kim's name can be made to the American Heart Association or the Wounded Warrior Project.
